Connor Cruise, in Indianapolis to DJ a pre-Super Bowl party, was apparently in the mood to be teased about the New England Patriots' loss to the New York Giants.

One of his repesentatives, Todd Krim, sent him a teasing tweet saying 'maybe next year,'  after the game. Krim says he got a blistering text message from the son of Tom Cruise.

It read: 'That was a gay ass [bleeping] tweet . . . U don’t say [bleep] like that about my team the second they lose. Low.'

Krim, who helped book DJ gigs for the 17 year old, tells the New York Post that he has dropped the younger Cruise as a client and is disappointed at the teenager's reaction to his joke as well as a subsequent profanity-filled text.

Krim is head of  Give Back Hollywood, an entertainment/charity Web site. He went public with the text earlier this week emailing colleagues with screen grabs of the offending words.

He said in the email that Cruise’s comments were 'highly offensive and what I consider homophobic . . . after I jokingly tweeted about the Patriots losing.'

Connor Cruise, adopted as a baby by Tom Cruise and his then-wife Nicole Kidman, is often seen with his father a high-profile events and has done some acting himself.

Through a publicist, he released this statement to The Post: 'What I texted was unacceptable. It is not a reflection of who I am and what I feel, and it certainly won’t happen again.'
